Sorry

Wow, I can't believe how long it's been since I posted. I guess I haven't had much to say (or much time to say it in).
Christmas was a big hit. Riley was so into it this year. He saw Santa 4 times in the mall (well sat on his lap 4 times, we saw him many many more than that). He was adamant that he wanted golf, (Mickey Mouse golf clubs he saw at Disney Store) I was hoping he'd forget about them after a few days, but he stuck with that pick everytime he saw Santa or anytime anyone asked him what he wanted. So Santa brought him golf! Let's just hope he doesn't hit his brother with the clubs. At least they're plastic. He also got a Handy Manny tool bench from Grandpa, which is a huge hit. I just can't wait until he can build the items by himself. We've already built a birdhouse, a race car, a robot, and a toolbox. Now I just have to figure out where to put all their new toys! Or which old toys to retire.

Exciting times in our house! Riley was given bunk beds from a friend of mine who's son decided he was too old for bunk beds. So we set them up yesterday, and Riley spent the whole night sleeping in his new big boy bed! He slept better than ever! Let's hope he loves it so much it becomes a regular event!

I've fallen in love... with my two boys. I see Riley interact with his little brother and my heart feels like it's going to explode. I can't believe how much I love them both!!

I feel like an elephant...

and it has nothing to do with my size (well almost nothing). Did you know an elephants gestation period is 22 months? I think that's how long I'm going to be pregnant!

Not true

So, I'm in denial. My son is two years old today, and I just want to curl into a ball (well as much of a ball as I can with this big ol' belly in the way) and cry. I can't believe how fast the last 2 years have flown by. I also can't believe I'm about to be a mommy of TWO boys. This is all getting a little overwhelming!
